General Information 1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all bookings made with Quinta Filippa ("the Hotel"), a boutique hotel operating under an Alojamento Local (AL) permit in accordance with Portuguese law. 1.2 By making a reservation at the Hotel, guests agree to be bound by these Terms. 1.3 The Hotel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. 2. Booking & Reservations 2.1 All bookings must be made through the Hotel’s website, authorized booking platforms, or directly via phone or email. 2.2 A valid credit card or other pre-approved payment method is required to secure a reservation. 2.3 Guests will receive a confirmation email detailing the booking dates, room type, total cost, and cancellation policy. 2.4 Special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions, accessibility needs) should be communicated at the time of booking.
